These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Arbitrage Stalker (the "Service"), operated by Kubisa LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Arbitrage Stalker is a sourcing and monitoring tool for Amazon resellers. It reads publicly available seller storefront and product data (including via third-party data providers) and alerts you to changes such as new listings and restocks. The Service is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Subscriptions, trials and billing

• Paid plans start with a free trial. A payment method is required to activate it; you are not charged until the trial ends.
• After the trial, plans renew automatically at the then-current price for your billing cycle until you cancel.
• Each plan includes defined usage limits (such as tracked storefronts, monitors, and scan frequency). Limits may be enforced to protect service quality and cost.
• Prices and plan features may change; we will give reasonable notice of material changes.
• You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. See our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its data outputs without permission.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party terms, including Amazon's own seller policies, which remain your responsibility.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Kubisa LLC and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service per these Terms. Data you input remains yours.

Third-party data and services

The Service relies on third-party data and infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or policies of those providers. Data is provided for your evaluation; sourcing and purchasing decisions are yours.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee any particular result, profit, sales rank, or return on investment. Arbitrage and reselling carry risk, and outcomes depend on factors outside our control. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kubisa LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or inventory losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Kubisa LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
